Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you access or use Veeno websites, mobile experiences, Producer tools, WineWall services or related features provided by Veeno. By using Veeno, you agree to these terms.

Who may use Veeno

You must be legally permitted to use wine-related services in your jurisdiction. If you create an account for a winery or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity under your account.

• Do not misuse Veeno, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service operation.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• Do not scrape, copy or commercially exploit Veeno data or interfaces without permission.
• Do not impersonate another person, winery or producer.

Wine information and recommendations

Veeno combines producer information, user context and automated tools. Wine evolves, data can change and recommendations are subjective. Veeno does not guarantee that every detail, pairing, availability statement or recommendation will be complete or suitable for every person or occasion.

Veeno is not a substitute for professional medical, safety or alcohol-service advice. Drink responsibly and follow applicable laws.

Your content

You keep ownership of memories, notes, photographs and other content you submit. You give Veeno limited permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Veeno property

Veeno software, branding, interfaces, hardware designs, data structures and original content are owned by Veeno or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond using the service as intended.

Availability, changes and termination

Veeno is evolving and features may change, pause or end. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, when required for security or law, or when a service is discontinued.

Disclaimers and liability

Veeno is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Veeno is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and contact
