The information we collect depends on which Veeno experience you use.
- Account and contact details such as your name, email address and winery affiliation.
- Wine interactions such as scans, check-ins, ratings, favorites, cellar activity and saved memories.
- Content you choose to add, including notes, photographs and the context around a wine experience.
- Device and technical information such as browser type, device identifiers, diagnostics and approximate location derived from an IP address.
- Messages, support requests and early access or walkthrough preferences.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide and improve Veeno, connect wine information to your experiences, personalize recommendations, operate winery and cellar features, communicate with you, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze and support Veeno. They may only use it to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.
When you interact with a participating winery, that winery may receive engagement information connected to its wines, tags, events or Exclusives. We design these views to support the winery relationship without exposing unrelated private memories.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, security and operational requirements. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or stop marketing communications. Some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or account-integrity reasons.
